The Solution & Architecture
Every outside dependency sits behind a fallback chain, so the thing still renders a video with no API key, no GPU and no network — degraded, and it says so rather than failing silently. Nothing ever leaves the machine, which is also the privacy answer. estimate and disk report what a run will cost in money and space before it starts.
