NirbhorIT Admin & Payment Automation
The Android admin app for the two NirbhorIT stores (the Bangla cake ebook and Digital Packs). It picks up bKash and Nagad payment SMS (and wallet-app notifications) on the shop's phone, matches each payment to its order and marks it paid automatically, so buyers get their download without anyone checking messages by hand. Orders, leads, coupons and products for both stores in one app.

The Engineering Challenge
Mobile-wallet payments in Bangladesh arrive as an SMS on the seller's phone, not as a webhook. Someone had to read every message and match it to an order, at any hour.
The Solution & Architecture
The app forwards only messages from known wallet senders to the store's JSON API, and the server checks the sender again before matching. When exactly one order fits, it is marked paid; when more than one could fit, it goes to a review list instead of guessing. Messages wait in a local queue that survives app kills and offline hours, and leave it only once the server has answered, and a store switch keeps both shops in one app.
